Ultrasint® PA11 rCF is a material composed of bio-derived PA11 and recycled carbon-fiber feedstock, for advanced Powder Bed Fusion applications.

Its well-balanced mechanical property profile, maintaining high ductility and impact performance at any time, makes it one of the strongest and most rigid materials in the industry. The exceptional material is carbon-fiber reinforced, delivering optimal mechanical performance of printed components when strength and rigidity are crucial. Ultrasint® PA11 rCF is the perfect choice for lightweight designs, like individualized and low-run motorsport parts series.

Additionally, using recycled carbon-fiber reinforcement reduces the carbon footprint of the material by half, compared to a material using a standard carbon fiber.*
