Stronger Together: DREIGEIST and Forward AM

At Forward AM, we are all about Additive Manufacturing and taking it to industrial level. While high-performance materials are the one essential element for that, the creation of new applications is significant as well. With DREIGEIST, we have a firm service partner at our side that focuses on application development, intense research as well as technology and knowledge transfer. Let’s see what this partnership is all about.

The goal of this partnership is advancing in research and development. With access to Forward AM’s high-quality material catalog of resins, DREIGEIST is fully able to create products designed to suit their various customers’ processes. DREIGEIST now offers almost our complete Ultracur3D® Photopolymer portfolio, which includes materials like:

Focusing on one material as example, Ultracur3D® RG 1100 B is an excellent material for applications such as automotive connectors, demanding engineering parts, exterior covers, as well as brackets, and housings. This is due to the high stiffness, impressive all-around temperature resistance, very high chemical resistance, and low water uptake of the material.

Through our partnership, it is also possible for DREIGEIST clients to order our Ultracur3D® Color Kit as well as further materials on request. On the other side, the DREIGEIST services and competencies in application development, knowledge transfer and technical sales are fully available to Forward AM’s customer base as part of the partnership.

Anke Johannes, Director Sales Europe at Forward AM, says, “Our focus is on the quality, quantity, and variety of 3D printing materials. What we appreciate about Dreigeist is their know-how and visionary view of what our products can achieve today and in the future. To put it in line with our BASF roots, the chemistry is quite simply right in this collaboration.”

Christopher König, as Co-Founder and CTO at Dreigeist, unreservedly agrees with this statement: “In a partnership that is so much at eye level and on the same wavelength, faster, larger, and particularly targeted steps can be taken. We not only see a great benefit for ourselves in our flexible interaction but also believe we can positively influence additive manufacturing from a global perspective.”

We are excited about our collaboration with DREIGEIST and are looking forward to working together to break new ground in the 3D printing industry.
