The Best Material Solution for Durable Parts with Outstanding High Temperature Performance
Ultrasint® PA6 redefines the horizon for Powder Bed Fusion applications: Where other PBF materials show limitations, Ultrasint® PA6 surpasses them.

Material Details
Description
With PA6 being one of the most popular technical polymers for serial production applications, we have added an array of superior material properties to make Ultrasint® PA6 the best material solution for durable parts. Ultrasint® PA6 boasts high strength and rigidity, uncompromising media tightness, as well as excellent thermal distortion and heat-ageing performance. Compared to conventional injection moulded PA6, Ultrasint® PA6 shows a superior performance with a lower water uptake.
Combining high thermal resistance with outstanding mechanical performance, it is the material of choice for advanced technical applications in tough environments.
